Multi-million dollar contract as 360 Scheduling enters US market

360 Scheduling, the fast-growing UK-based provider of workforce scheduling technology, has entered the American market with a major order for its web-deployed 360 Dynamic Scheduling Engine. The company describes it as a 'multi-million dollar' contract.

The customer is Dycom Industries, a leading provider of contracting services including engineering, construction, maintenance and installation services to telecommunications providers, electricity utilities and similar clients. It is said to be one the largest 'specialty' contractors in the United States, and it also has a presence in Canada.

In addition to real-time route planning and optimisation, the 360 Dynamic Scheduling Engine offers predictive deployment capabilities, demand forecasting, performance analysis and resource optimisation and profiling. 360 is based in Nottingham.

Dycom Industries is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and employs a workforce of more than 10,000 in more than 450 locations.
