Safe driving scheme launched by Masternaut
One of the fifty thousand drivers using vehicles equipped with Masternaut tracking technology will be in line for a safe driving award every quarter under a scheme launched by the company. Masternaut Three X will present the winning driver with a cheque for £1,250, and will donate an equivalent amount to the road safety charity Brake. The Masternaut scheme, Drive For Life, aims to recognise and reward the safest commercial drivers. Every quarter a shortlist of careful drivers will be asked to complete an online risk awareness assessment, developed in collaboration with risk management organisation Drive & Survive. The finalists will then present their case to a judging panel consisting of five leading community and business people, including Dr Keith Hellawell QPM, former Chief Constable of West Yorkshire. Brake has expressed support for the scheme.
