Small businesses wanting a unified and coherent mobile email policy are targeted by a special version of the Cortado Corporate Server system for BlackBerry handhelds. It is called Cortado Corporate Server Professional, and supports up to 30 mobile users.

As with the free personal edition and existing Corporate Server version, this one offers a range of enterprise-style features. They include access to files and folders, including shared drives and document management systems such as SharePoint and SAP Enterprise Portal.

Users can also organise files stored on the company network, using standard desktop functions such as copy, paste, cut, delete and rename. In addition, they can print in original format to any Bluetooth-enabled or network printer, as well as send faxes.

The new version is priced at 695 euros for five users (including a 12-month update service). Up to 30 more users can be added for 97 euros per user.
