Integrated CRM in mobile data partnership

Users setting up a mobile data network can now chose a system that includes customer relationship management as part of an integrated package. This is the result of a technology partnership between ControlForce, a mobile systems specialist, and Petards Corporate Knowledge, a fixed and mobile CRM specialist.

The package is built round ControlForce's m-Go mobile technology, which aims to provide users with hardware-independent data communications networks.

 

ControlForce is one of the longer-established suppliers in the mobile data business. It has built up a particularly strong presence in the field service market, although it is sector-independent, and can also supply solutions for stock control, proof of delivery handling, item tracking and asset management.

PCK's flagship product is CRMSoft, an advanced system that aims to make information available at all customer touch-points, whether fixed or mobile.
