Non-programmers get boost in developing for Datalogic
Creating applications for Datalogic barcode readers and portable computers should become easier for non-programmers as a result of an original-equipment agreement signed by the company with software specialist MCL Technologies. This covers the use of the MCL-Collection software suite (MCL-Designer, MCL-Net, MCL-Link and MCL-Bridges) on mid- and high-end Datalogic terminals. As part of the deal, MCL-Client will be factory-loaded on every Datalogic mid- and high-end terminal, ensuring they are ready to run products developed with MCL tools. Datalogic says the development will make it quick and easy for users to design, deploy and run single or multiple data collection applications.
