Ready-To-Go software on Dolphin handhelds
Companies buying HHP's Dolphin range of 7200 and 7300 Batch-series mobile computers now get a set of 21 ready-made mobile computer applications thrown in with the price. They are branded Ready-To-Go. Six of the applications are pre-loaded on the computers, and cover a range of different types of application (warehousing, retail, meter-reading and facilities management). Presumably you can delete those that don't apply to you. As examples, the warehousing applications cover receive and putaway, count inventory with location, and order pick with location. The other applications are supplied on CD-ROM, and can be loaded on the terminals at any time. The CD also contains a user guide with a demonstration of HHP's ITScript-Net Batch software, and a software development kit.
