Belgravium's radio-frequency terminals can now be integrated into an RF system based on Microsoft's Navision system.

Navision 3.60 includes the capability of organising warehouse layout and an automated RF-based data capture system for tracking inventory. The new version also integrates with the latest implementation of the eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL), the financial reporting language. Other new features include extended pricing functionality and further integration with other Microsoft products.

The connectivity has been achieved with the release of a new application generator by Belgravium partner Optygate (version 3.4), which is compatible with Belgravium terminals. This allows the development of real-time data collection applications for terminals running in client-server mode.

 

• Belgravium has added RFID compatibility to the barcode-reading capabilities of its Geneva 6100 terminal, offering both functions in the same device.
