Like Trakware's software applications, TWAsset Enterprise is designed for easy accessibility across corporate intranets. It is loaded on to a central server, which users then access through a Web browser via Trakware's Enterprise Engine Web server. This also supports communications to mobile terminals, providing real-time communication links for asset audits and remote data capture.

There is multi-level user security access, user-definable fields and a comprehensive management reporting suite. TWAsset even identifies five key stages in an asset lifecycle to help management: procure, deploy, track, maintain and retire.
