Idesta and Delia working together on service management system
Two leading workforce management solutions specialists, UK-based Idesta Solutions and French-based Delia Systems, are working together to market what they describe as "the UK market's most comprehensive service management software". The companies are presenting their offerings as complementary. Delia Systems' flagship Opti-Time software provides real-time job booking and scheduling capabilities, and is applicable particularly to the field service, engineering and healthcare sectors.Idesta Solutions provides mobile solutions for the field service market. Under the new agreement, Idesta will integrate the Delia appointment and scheduling software into its own mobility application, and says it will then be in a position to provide a full package of integrated scheduling and mobility applications to clients. "This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading European company such as Delia Systems," says Richard Brookes, Idesta's commercial director. Delia recently opened its own London headquarters. According to UK sales director Jim McGuckin: "Working with established and respected partners like Idesta is key to our strategy of making a rapid impact in the UK market."
