Upgraded Tungsten - connectivity for under £150

Palm continues to fight strongly for the crown of offering the best combination of affordability and features in the handheld computing world with the launch of its upgraded Tungsten model, the E2. Whilst its spec is not top-of-the-range (200MHz Intel XScale processor and 32MB of RAM), its price is the real killer: £143 retail (plus VAT).

Advances include Bluetooth local-area networking, a brighter 320 by 320 pixel transflective display, enhanced battery life, and support for SD, SDIO and Multimedia memory cards, giving the device mass storage capability.
