Vehicle mount for Panasonic CF-P1
A vehicle cradle mount for the Panasonic CF-P1 handheld computer has been announced by Hatton Products and Services. The company says it has been developed because there is no equivalent product from the makers, and was originally created to meet the requirement of a UK police force. The cradle includes connections for charging the P1's battery, and for attaching a compact USB keyboard and an external or windscreen-mounted antenna. The P1's hand strap and stylus cord can be retained, and they are accommodated by the cradle. A universal ball and socket mounting arm is also included.
