Real-time job scheduling for Danka service
Danka Europe, a print and document solutions provider, has introduced a real-time scheduling system from Indus International for its field service staff to ensure that it meets demanding service-level agreements with customers. The company says the Indus solution will allow it to optimise the productivity of its field technicians, achieving improved response times and greater ability to commit to customer appointment times. The system is built round Indus's Service Delivery Management (SDM) software solutions. Danka is reckoned to be one of the largest independent providers of enterprise imaging systems and services, and is rolling out the Indus solution in the UK, Germany and France.
