Worldwide roaming with Vodafone Mobile Connect
A worldwide roaming facility has been launched by Vodafone for users of its Mobile Connect Internet access system for GPRS and 3G mobile phones. For a flat rate of £50 a month, users get a 100MB 'bundle' that takes in most of Western Europe, the USA and Japan, covering 18 networks in all. The company has also introduced a unlimited-use £45 per month price plan for domestic users to replace its previous 450 and 1,000 MB bundles.
