Tireless telematics specialist Masternaut has revealed yet another string to its bow with the announcement of a deal with French-based developer Delia Systems to offer dynamic real-time resource scheduling in the field service market, building it round Delia's M-OptiTime system.

The company claims that it 'will revolutionise the management of field service personnel' by linking live tracking to real time scheduling.

Masternaut has secured the exclusive rights to distribute the new technology within the service sector, where businesses increasingly require dynamic scheduling to deliver efficient and responsive services. It says the new solution can deal with very complex requirements amongst field service operations of any size in the domestic and business-to-business market.

In France Delia is an established supplier of dynamic scheduling software. International clients using its technology include Air France, US Air Force, Airbus and Carrefour.

Recently UK-based Idesta Solutions announced that it was to integrate Delia appointment and scheduling software into its mobility application.
