Mobility solutions specialist iAnywhere, part of the Sybase group, has upgraded two of its flagship products.

Version 6.0 of the company's XTNDConnect PC mobile device-to-desktop synchronisation system has an enhanced user interface and adds photo support, more customisation options, and support for more devices including the Palm 700 and Sony Ericsson W810 models.

The new version 6.2 of iAnywhere's M-Business Anywhere system, which is for delivering Web-based content and applications to mobile devices, includes support for Microsoft Smartphone devices, VGA screen resolution support and soft-key navigation on Windows Mobile Smartphones and Pocket PCs.

It is now also possible to install the M-Business Anywhere client and "all-sync'd" content and data on an SD (Secure Digital) card, rather than in the device memory.
