Integral Mobile acquired by OLM
Integral Mobile Data, a leading specialist provider of middleware solutions for the mobile computing market, has been acquired by OLM Group, which operates in related fields. IMD's key product is mForms, an electronic form which is completed on a handheld or mobile device such as a PDA, tablet PC, Symbian device or BlackBerry. The user can record, send,and receive information at any time from any location. IMD has clients in both private and public sectors, including Tesco, Jarvis, Tyne and Wear Fire & Rescue Service, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and North Lanarkshire Council. OLM says it is the UK's largest independent supplier of information solutions for what it describes as children's and adult services. Its clients include over 80 local authorities and 100 other social care providers.
