Satellite navigation systems from UK-based Road Angel are being offered by tracking and fleet management specialist Masternaut under an exclusive agreement.

The deal specifically covers the new Nav 9000 Professional, unit, which is being promoted as the most sophisticated device of its type on the market.

The Nav 9000 includes features such as safety camera and accident black-spot alerts. It can also report on speed limits, congestion, road works and adverse weather. It includes its own GSM SIM card for downloading some of this data in real time.

Road Angel's Navigator 6000 unit featured in a comparative review of satnav units from eight manufacturers in the last m.logistics, which described it as 'a very decent quality package at a quite excellent price', and gave it a 'best budget buy' rating.
