The mprodigy mobile management suite from B2M Solutions is being promoted actively by auto-identification specialist Spirit Data Capture under an agreement between the two companies.

The arrangement takes advantage of development work already carried out by Spirit to optimise the suite for use on two of the mobile devices it resells - the Gotive H42 handheld computer and the Mobile Compia M3+ PDA.

mprodigy offers a wide range of mobile functions including device management, communications management, asset management, supplier management and application monitoring.

The system is aimed specifically at organisations with employees who are out on the road. It aims to help them control mobile assets and suppliers more effectively, as well as streamlining the process of change management when new mobile technology is introduced for field-based personnel.
