O2 names Three X best in class
O2 could soon start selling mobile business applications from Three X throughout the UK under an arrangement with the company. The development follows a decision by O2 to name Three X, now owned by Masternaut, as a best-in-class supplier of mobile business applications accredited under it 'accelerator programme'. Masternaut says the accreditation recognises the market leadership of Three X's offerings. Ilona McMullan, business applications manager at O2, says Three X 'is well known for its innovation and reliable solutions.' Andrew Tillman, chief executive of Three X, describes the accreditation as 'a fantastic achievement', adding that it opens new opportunities for Three X to sell into the small and medium-sized enterprise market.
