Mobile data awards: entries sought
Submissions are being invited for the 2008 Mobile Data Awards, which are hosted by the Mobile Data Association. You need to get your entry in by 18 January. Short-listed entries will be announced on 15 February, and winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the Painters' Hall, Trinity Lane, London on 20 March. As the MDA puts it, the awards 'set out to recognise real-world mobile technology and proven solutions that deliver compelling user experiences.' There are various categories such as best mobile device, best messaging application (general) and best mobile data application (consumer). Entries can be submitted by a company or organisation or individual involved in a project, or by a third party. We have the URL for submissions at the web site below.
