Is it possible to build a fully-functioning mobile software application in 15 minutes? Yes, says Extransit, which launched the latest version of its Mobile Interaction Suite at the annual Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The suite consists of a Strike server, a graphical development tool called Pitch Studio, and a small Java program called Catch Client that is downloaded to the mobile phones that will be running the software.

For the technical, Interaction Suite uses a unique mobile client/server based technology to provide multi-user applications that run centrally and are accessed from mobile devices.
