In-vehicle docking station for Nexcom tablet PCs
 Nexcom has developed a vehicle docking station for its MRC range of tablet PCs, which include the MRC 2100 and MRC 2000. The MTK-Dock-01 is designed with RAM and VESA mount, which is said to be suitable for a variety of vehicles including forklift trucks, commercial vans/lorries, buses and vehicles of the emergency services. It includes mini-Card support and can be linked to an external antenna for improved GPS and RF performance. Connectivity features include two USB 2.0 ports, a COM port and a Ethernet LAN 10/100 connection. For use in extreme environments the I/O connectors are rated to IP67.
